WHO YOU ARE

CDL Driver with Passenger Endorsement comfortable with and knowledgeable of driving and navigating in the City of Boston and surrounding areas while leading trolley tours groups of private charters or corporate clients through the City of Boston, providing them with engaging and informative tours on a pre-determined route. Narration will be done by you based on a script that we will provide you with. A large majority of our events are party buses and high energy environments. Driver must be ok with and able to handle rowdy crowds, with a fun personality being a plus! There are numerous services we provide ranging from corporate events and party trolleys to parades, charters, weddings and tailgates at concerts and sporting events, etc. In addition to the hourly rate, there is guaranteed gratuity for every event.

Responsibilities:

• Lead tours and provide detailed information about points of interest
• Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants
• Answer questions and interact with visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the stories and their history
• Cleaning vehicle before and after each trip

Requirements:

• Must have a valid CDL License with passenger endorsement
• DOT Medical Card Required
• Pre-Employment Drug Screen per FMCSA
• Strong leadership skills to guide groups effectively
• Excellent customer service abilities to enhance visitor experience
• Proficient communication skills to convey information clearly
• Ability to handle high end corporate clients
• Ability to function around crowds consuming alcohol
• Effective time management to keep tours on schedule
• Knowledge of the City of Boston and the streets you can operate on
• Must have a fun and outgoing personality

Work Location:

While a majority of your shift will be on the road, candidate must be able to commute to Holbrook, MA for all scheduled shifts.
