Dave's Landscape Company is seeking experienced Snow Plow Drivers to join our winter snow removal team. We are looking for dependable, experienced drivers who are comfortable operating a plow truck and working in challenging winter conditions. Job Responsibilities Safely operate company snow plow trucks during snow and ice events Plow residential and commercial properties according to assigned routes Perform salting and de-icing as needed Monitor assigned properties and communicate any issues to dispatch Complete routes efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety Perform basic equipment checks before and during storms Work extended hours when necessary to complete snow operations Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional snow plowing experience Clean driving record Valid driver's license Proven experience operating a snow plow truck Strong knowledge of safe winter driving practices Dependable and able to work independently Must be able to work in snow, ice, cold temperatures, and other challenging weather conditions Must be available during snowstorms at any time of day or night, including weekends and holidays Compensation $25+ per hour , depending on experience and qualifications. Schedule Snow removal is weather-dependent . This position requires availability during snow and ice events, including overnight hours, weekends, and holidays. Storm availability is an essential requirement of the position.
