Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and reliable 7D Driver to safely transport students to and from school, as well as on field trips and extracurricular activities. The ideal candidate prioritizes safety, maintains a positive attitude, and ensures a comfortable ride for all passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a 7D vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and school transportation regulations Pick up and drop off students at designated locations on a set schedule Ensure the safety of all passengers during transit, including proper use of seat belts or restraints Maintain order and appropriate behavior among students while on board Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Keep the vehicle clean and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly Communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and supervisors as needed Follow emergency procedures in case of accidents or unexpected situations

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with 7D certification (or willingness to obtain) Clean driving record Ability to pass background check, CORI/SORI, and drug screening CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain depend on route) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and patient in a variety of situation

Working Conditions:

Part- time to Full time hours, typically mornings and afternoons on school days Occasional evenings or weekends for special trips Requires sitting for extended periods and assisting students when needed

Pay & Benefits:
