Job Description

Position Summary Responsibilities Operate a boom truck safely and perform pre-trip inspections and basic equipment maintenance. Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment. Perform general marine construction labor, including carpentry, rigging, material handling, and job site cleanup. Perform marine carpentry duties as directed, including measuring, cutting, assembling, installing, repairing, and maintaining docks, piers, floats, ramps, and other marine structures. Follow work orders and assist with dock, pier, and shoreline construction. Maintain a safe, organized work environment and follow all company safety policies. Report equipment issues to the Foreman or Supervisor. Work collaboratively with crew members and assist with training as needed. Qualifications Required CDL Class B with Air Brake Endorsement. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain). Ability to perform physically demanding work and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Preferred Massachusetts Hoisting License (2A and/or 1C). NCCCO Certification. Construction, marine construction, or heavy equipment experience.
