Job Description
Description Join a mission-driven organization making a global impact! Planet Aid collects and recycles used textiles to protect the environment and support sustainable development in communities around the world. This role focuses on operating a box truck (up to 20 ft.) to collect and transport donated textiles. You'll play a key part in ensuring donations are picked up efficiently and delivered safely. What You'll Do Driving / Route Duties Safely operate box trucks on assigned local routes Service donation bins (collect, clean, and maintain sites) Load and transport donated materials to designated locations Follow all safety procedures and driving regulations Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues Communicate any route, site, or safety concerns in a timely manner Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily routes
Schedule:
4 days, 10-hour shifts (Saturdays required)Pay:
$23/hour plus bonus (Average $25/hr with bonus), paid weekly. Stay on bonus after 3 months $1,000.Benefits:
