Box Truck Driver Assistant New Bedford, MA Apply We are looking for a dependable, experienced Box Truck Driver Assistant who will support the Lead Box Truck Driver in picking up food donations from area locations. CDL is not required, but must possess the following qualifications and skills: High School diploma or equivalent Valid driver?s license and Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical Card Minimum of two (2) years? experience driving a box truck Clean driving record with no moving violations in the past two (2) years and no major violations in the past ten years (no DUI citations) Must be able to lift objects of 50+ lbs. when necessary and operate pallet jacks Customer service skills and ability to be sensitive to the needs of the individuals and families we serve Ability to work without constant supervision The candidate will assist in the Food Center as needed, as a supplemental driver and a support to the stock and receiving staff. SALARY:
