Requirements Valid CDL (Class A or B) Experience with open-top dumpsters (hooklift preferred) Clean driving record Ability to work independently Willingness to participate in regular drug screening Professional, calm demeanor on and off the road Responsibilities Safely load, transport, and unload containers Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies Perform daily vehicle inspections Communicate clearly with dispatch, supervisors, customers, and teammates Maintain accurate logs and paperwork (hours, miles, dump slips) Perks Safety + retention bonuses Paid sick time Paid time off Paid training Safety equipment + Tiger swag provided
