We are seeking a motivated and experienced CDL Driver with a 1-C Hoisting License to join our dynamic transportation team. This position is being considered as a Direct Hire position.

Pay Rate:

$28 - 35/hr Responsibilities Operate tractor-trailers and flatbed or tanker trucks in compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations. Drive across diverse routes, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of freight. Load and unload cargo safely using manual handling techniques and your hoisting license capabilities. Experience with Piggyback Moffet. Use GPS navigation systems to follow optimized routes, ensuring efficient delivery schedules. Transport hazardous materials and dangerous goods following hazardous materials regulations and safety protocols. Handle logistics cargo with precision, including freight inspection, securing loads, and documentation accuracy. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine inspections, and report any mechanical issues promptly. Skills Proven experience in commercial truck driving, delivery driving, and route driving with a focus on safety and efficiency. Valid CDL A license combined with a 1-C Hoisting License for handling heavy loads. Experience Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT regulations, hazardous materials regulations, and dangerous goods handling. Familiarity with refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and automobile transportation equipment. Ability to operate manual transmission trucks confidently and handle truck loading/unloading tasks manually. Experience with GPS navigation systems for route planning and real-time adjustments.
