Job Description

Craft Massachusetts, a specialty craft beer and beverage distributor in Woburn, MA, is seeking a CDL A Delivery Driver to join our team-oriented, locally focused operation. In this field-based role, you will safely operate CDL A trucks to deliver craft beer, cider, and specialty beverages to retail accounts across Massachusetts. Responsibilities include loading and unloading product, verifying orders, following DOT and company safety standards, and providing excellent customer service. You'll represent top craft brands, support a fast-paced distribution network, and collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries and strong retailer relationships. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL A delivery trucks to deliver craft beverages to retail accounts across assigned routes Load, unload, and verify product counts against delivery invoices and resolve discrepancies with customers Follow DOT, company, and safety regulations, including pre- and post-trip inspections and proper load securement Provide professional, courteous customer service and represent Craft Massachusetts and its brands positively Maintain accurate delivery records, obtain customer signatures, and handle basic payment or returns processes Communicate route issues, delays, and customer feedback to dispatch and sales teams Assist with warehouse tasks such as staging orders, rotating stock, and maintaining cleanliness as needed Required Skills CDL A truck operation Route delivery execution DOT compliance and safety Load securement Order verification and documentation Hand truck and pallet jack operation Basic vehicle inspection and maintenance checks Customer service in B2 B environments Time management and route planning Use of handheld delivery/routing devices
