ON BONUS
($500 paid after 90 days - $500 paid after 120 days) Job description We are looking for an experienced truck driver to join our dedicated delivery team. Responsibilities Start times 7:30 am Finish times 4:30 pm Full Hands-on Position -sort, load and deliver freight Delivery of palletized freight to our customers Load and unload trucks using a manual pallet jack Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance Meet delivery schedules Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts Scan freight into our automated system for each stage of the loading and delivery process Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions Report defects, accidents, or violations Qualifications Must be at least 26 years old Must possess a minimum of 18 months of verifiable tractor/trailer or straight truck driving experience within the last 3 years Experience in delivery driving, load and unload procedures, and route driving Strong understanding of freight handling and safety regulations Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more repeatedly throughout a shift Must be able to pass company's Physical Ability Test (PAT) Must have DOT medical card or be able to get it before hire Must have clean driving record (no DUI or reckless acts) Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test & physical

Sign-On Bonus:
We offer a $1,000 sign-on bonus, with $500 paid after 90 days and the remaining $500 paid after 120 days of employment.
Pay and Weekly Bonuses:
Payments are issued weekly via paper check on Mondays or direct deposit on Tuesdays. You can also earn a $50 weekly bonus by completing all assigned duties. Benefits and Insurance - 60
Days:
Health insurance eligibility begins. - 90
Days:
Eligibility for 401K, dental, vision, and paid holidays. The company also provides employer-paid life insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. - 1
Year:
You will receive one week of paid vacation. We have an onsite dispatcher that can assist with any issues or concerns that may come up during your route. All drivers are supplied a fuel card, iPhone for scanning, and a route book that gives step by step instructions and details for each stop.
