Job Description
Overview We are seeking a reliable and professional Independent Contractor Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services. This role involves operating passenger vehicles and vans to transport goods within local routes, ensuring adherence to traffic laws and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for navigating routes using GPS, managing passenger safety, and delivering a positive experience for all. Duties Operate passenger vehicles and passenger vans to transport clients safely and comfortably. Follow local driving routes, utilizing GPS navigation systems for efficient routing. Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safety standards at all times. Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle before and after each trip. Communicate effectively with passengers, providing courteous and professional service. Manage scheduling and route planning to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with transportation regulations. Skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience operating passenger vehicles and vans preferred. Strong knowledge of local routes and navigation using GPS technology. Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and adherence to traffic laws. Good communication skills and professionalism when interacting with passengers. Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple routes or schedules. Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality transportation services.
