Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking experienced Truck Driver to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting machinery and materials to various locations. This position requires a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and experience operating different types of trucks and equipment. We are seeking a CDL Class A Driver to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).Responsibilities:
Safely operate a heavy duty truck (F550, F650) with/without trailers Load and unload cargo Report any issues or incidents to office Inspect truck before and after trip Transport machinery and materials to designated locations in a timely manner Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or other heavy machinery Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving Communicate effectively with all team membersExperience:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:- Commercial driving experience, preferably with a CDL
- Ability to safely load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- Knowledge of proper freight handling techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety/Strong work ethic
