Our flex drivers never have to worry about not having enough work available, because we'll send you to where extra help is needed! These drivers will travel to various customers & operations around the United States and support the locations that are in need of extra coverage. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826. Pay Get paid weekly while earning $40 per hour straight-time pay. Drivers average $86,600 annually, with the opportunity to earn up to $104,000 per year. This position offers travel opportunities with compensation for travel time to and from supported operations. Drivers also receive a $25 per diem for each night spent away from home. All business travel expenses are covered by Ruan, including flights, hotel accommodations, and rental vehicles, allowing drivers to focus on the job while enjoying company-paid travel. Schedule As a Flex Driver, you will be responsible for covering routes within the LKQ network, as well as providing support to other Ruan accounts as needed. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to assist in a variety of operational tasks. Drivers can be out for five weeks at a time, followed by one week off. Work schedules and start times can vary depending on the specific operation being supported. Equipment This position offers the opportunity to expand your skills and gain experience operating different types of equipment. The work may involve a combination of no-touch freight, driver-assisted deliveries, and unloading. Drivers must have or be willing to obtain Hazmat endorsement; Ruan will help assist if obtained within 60 days of hire. Previous forklift experience is preferred, but training will be provided for those who need it. Applicants must have a Real ID or valid U.S. Passport.
