TRUCK DRIVER-LABORER POSITION

Department of Public Works The Town of Stow Department of Public Works is looking for a motivated, reliable individual to join our team as a full-time Truck Driver/Laborer (40 hours/week). This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in public works with steady hours, great training, and a supportive team environment. We're seeking candidates with a High School diploma and a CDL Class B license or the ability to obtain a CDL B within a year, we'll provide training to help you get there . Experience with road maintenance, construction, drainage installation, small power equipment, or snow plowing is a plus, but not required. This position offers guaranteed 40 hours per week, overtime availability, and stable Monday-Friday hours from 6:30am to 2:30pm. Because our team plays a critical role in community safety, applicants must be willing to work overtime as needed, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays, for emergencies, snow/ice operations, and funeral support. Starting salary $25.25/hour without a CDL Class B or $28.28/hour with a Class B, additional stipends available depending upon licenses.
