Job Description

Pay & Bonuses Average Weekly Pay:
$1,700 - $2,000 / week ($0.70 CPM base, ~2,000 miles/week)
Sign-On Bonus:
$2,500
Shift Differential:
$25/day for PM shifts
Accessorial Pay:
$25 Drop & Hook | $25/hr Detention (after 1 hour) | $50 Metro pay | $125 Layover pay
Extra Incentives:
$25 bonus for manual cart unloads | $75 6th-day bonus (typically short runs)
Home Time & Schedule Home Time:
Home every weekend (Out 5 days; Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday). Never run on Saturdays.
Additional Hometime:
1-2 potential additional days home during the week (not guaranteed; this is a regional position, not home daily).
Start Times:
Early morning / night departures (Midnight - 3:00 AM start windows). Job Description We are seeking dedicated Class A CDL drivers to transport and deliver pet supplies from the local Distribution Center to retail stores throughout the Northeast region. This position involves dedicated touch freight utilizing electric pallet jacks, liftgates (~45% of loads), and occasional cart unloads. Responsibilities Transport freight safely across the Northeast operating area Safely unload pet supply deliveries at store locations using an electric pallet jack, liftgate, or carts Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and shipping documentation Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety rules Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Minimum 12 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience Must reside within 40 minutes of Westborough, MA Must possess a current DOT Medical Card and acceptable driving record Ability to handle physical touch-freight unload processes Benefits Full health benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision options) Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays 401(k) retirement options W2 employment status
