Duties Operate tow trucks, including flatbed and traditional models, to recover and transport vehicles safely and efficiently. Perform basic vehicle troubleshooting, minor mechanical repairs, and automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle condition before towing. Secure vehicles onto tow trucks following cargo securement protocols to prevent damage during transit. Conduct vehicle recovery towing operations, ensuring safe vehicle loading onto tow trucks with manual transmission or automatic systems. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining services, and addressing concerns professionally. Follow all safety procedures related to cargo securement, vehicle loading, and driving regulations for commercial truck driving. Assist with load & unload activities while maintaining safety standards and proper handling techniques. Qualifications

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK FOR STATE AND LOCAL POLICE

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record; experience with commercial truck driving preferred. Mechanical knowledge of vehicles, including automotive diagnostics, automotive repair, and basic vehicle troubleshooting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively when needed. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.
