READY MIX DELIVERY PROFESSIONALS WANTED

(CLASS B) An Ernest Maier company, Bay Ready Mix of Maryland is a fast growing and fast paced environment. We are looking for experienced CDL drivers. Our business is growing rapidly and is looking for people looking for a challenging yet rewarding career. Duties of the ready mix delivery professional are as follows: Maintain highest standard of safety Maintain quality product and cleanliness of company equipment Have a flexible schedule as start times vary day to day and be on time to ensure customer relations and satisfaction of on time deliveries Great attitude with customers and other peers Ask for directions to job site to ensure a timely delivery and able to follow directions Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Have a minimum Class B CDL Pass company road test with manual transmission Pass pre-employment drug screen Pass DOT physical Ability to double clutch and down shift properly Minimum 1 year manual transmission Benefits package includes: Pay at interview Comprehensive medical, dental, life and disability insurance Weekly pay, 401k and Quarterly incentive bonus (dependent upon job performance) Home every night Local delivery only We offer regionally competitive pay and benefits.
