This role is essential in safely transporting clients to and from our clinic while supporting broader agency operations including grounds maintenance and cross-departmental collaboration. Responsibilities Safely transport clients to and from the clinic, following all traffic laws Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance needs Log travel and document services in vehicle binder Communicate with staff to coordinate transport schedules Serve as a mentor and positive role model for clients Support development and review of transportation and safety policies Assist with clinic grounds and office maintenance Cross-train in PRP, reception, and other departments as needed Conduct safety drills and complete safety checklists Monitor inventory and ensure adequate supplies Train new hires and provide ongoing skill development Qualifications Experience working with youth with emotional disorders preferred Availability for day shift and evening shifts Strong customer service and professionalism Proficient in EMR systems and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets) Clean driving record and valid driver's license Ability to drive company vehicle for client transport Ready to drive change?
