CDL Class B Residential Trash Truck Driver U.S. Refuse Removal, Inc. - Prince George's County, Maryland Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Local Routes | Home Daily Earn Up to $65,000 Per Year Including Performance Bonuses U.S. Refuse Removal, Inc. is hiring dependable Class A or Class B CDL Drivers to join our residential collection team. We offer a starting base rate of $220 per day, plus the opportunity to earn a weekly performance bonus of up to $150. Residential trash experience is NOT required. If you already have your CDL, have a safe driving record, are dependable, and are willing to learn, we will train the right driver to operate a residential rear-load trash truck.

Responsibilities include safely operating the truck, completing assigned routes, performing required pre-trip and post-trip inspections through Whip Around, communicating mechanical or safety issues, working effectively with your helper, returning carts neatly, following DOT/FMCSA and company safety procedures, providing professional customer service, and helping ensure the entire route is completed safely. Minimum Qualifications Applicants must have a valid Class B CDL or Class A CDL, current DOT Medical Card, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform the physical requirements of residential waste collection and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Candidates must successfully complete applicable pre-employment requirements, including a DOT drug screen, MVR review, background check, and company road test. No Trash Experience? Apply Anyway. If you currently or previously drove a dump truck, concrete/mixer truck, beverage truck, delivery truck, construction vehicle, box truck requiring a CDL, or another Class A/Class B commercial vehicle, we encourage you to apply. How the Weekly Bonus Works New CDL Drivers are eligible to earn up to $150 per week based on established performance standards, including attendance and punctuality, safety, pre-trip/post-trip compliance, equipment care, route performance, teamwork, communication, and professional conduct. The performance bonus is earned and is not guaranteed.
