Job Description:

We are seeking an Driver with a CDL Class B License to operate dump trucks for hauling materials such as dirt, gravel, sand, and construction debris. This position requires a reliable and safety-conscious individual who will be responsible for transporting materials to job sites while ensuring the safe operation and maintenance of the truck.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a dump truck to deliver and pick up materials, including dirt, sand, gravel, and debris.
• Ensure the timely transport of materials to and from job sites.
• Load and unload materials as needed (assist with loading when required).
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck to ensure safety and functionality.
• Perform basic truck maintenance and report any issues to management.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, routes, and any relevant paperwork.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies while operating the vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and job site managers regarding schedules and any changes.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class B License required.
• At least 2 years of experience driving dump trucks.
• Must be able to operate both manual and automatic dump trucks.
• Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and minor truck maintenance.
• Knowledge of road safety regulations, local traffic laws, and construction site rules.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
