Job Description

Job SummaryWe are seeking professional owner-operators to lease their equipment under our MC authority. Drivers operate as independent contractors, using their own truck while hauling freight under our authority. Owner-operators are responsible for operating safely, complying with FMCSA regulations, and delivering loads on time. Responsibilities Operate your own commercial vehicle safely and legally. Pick up and deliver freight on schedule. Maintain current CDL (if required), medical card, and required licenses. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Keep accurate electronic logs (ELD) when required. Maintain required insurance if outlined in the lease agreement. Communicate load status with dispatch. Submit proof of delivery and paperwork promptly. Keep equipment clean and in safe operating condition. Comply with FMCSA, DOT, and company safety policies. Requirements Valid driver's license (CDL or non-CDL, depending on vehicle requirements). Own or lease a qualifying truck. Clean driving record. Pass background check and drug screening, if required. Ability to pass DOT inspections. Professional attitude and customer service skills. Compensation Percentage of load revenue or agreed settlement terms (as outlined in the lease agreement). Weekly settlements. Fuel surcharge paid according to company policy, if applicable. Equipment Requirements Well-maintained truck. ELD (if required). Smartphone for dispatch communication.
