Pay:

$0.65 cpm + performance incentives Duties Operate tractor-trailers on OTR routes, including refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and specialized equipment for hazardous materials when qualified Plan routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely deliveries across multiple states Load and unload freight safely and efficiently, following proper manual handling procedures and cargo handling protocols Transport automobiles and other high-value cargo with precision and care, ensuring secure transportation Comply with all FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations, DOT (Department of Transportation) standards, and hazardous materials regulations during every trip Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, inspections, and delivery documentation in accordance with DOT regulations Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any mechanical issues promptly Skills Proven experience in commercial truck driving, including route driving and delivery driving in various environments Strong knowledge of trucking equipment such as manual transmissions, tractor-trailers, flatbeds, tankers, and refrigerated trailers Familiarity with GPS navigation tools for efficient route planning on over-the-road routes Ability to load, secure, and unload freight safely using proper manual handling techniques Understanding of logistics cargo handling procedures for hazardous materials and dangerous goods when certified Excellent driving skills with a clean record adhering to DOT regulations and safety standards Ability to manage time effectively on long-haul trips while maintaining compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations Embark on an adventurous career path that combines skilled driving with logistical expertise!
