We're hiring two types of contractors: 1. Owner-Operators with Your Own Moving Team — Bring your own 26ft box truck and crew. Must carry your own commercial auto/cargo insurance. Run full delivery routes as a self-contained team. Pay & Schedule Paid bi-weekly 4-7 days/week with flexibility Start immediately — positions filling fast What You'll Do Safely operate your 26ft box truck per DOT regulations and traffic laws Load/unload mattresses using safe lifting practices and equipment (pallet jacks, carts) Follow delivery schedules and routes using GPS/mobile apps Deliver professional, friendly customer service on every stop Owner-Operator Requirements Own a 26ft box truck Valid driver's license and clean MVR Current commercial auto and cargo insurance (proof required before first route) Able to pass a background check Physically able to lift and handle mattresses; dependable and ready to work Helper Requirements Able to pass a background check Physically able to repeatedly lift, carry, and maneuver mattresses (up to 75+ lbs) safely Comfortable with in-home delivery and professional customer interaction Reliable transportation to meet-up/dispatch location Dependable, on-time, and ready to work full shifts Preferred Prior box truck / delivery experience (furniture, appliance, or moving a plus) Warehouse or DOT/load-handling familiarity Apply now: Submit through Indeed, or text 317-502-1140 to express interest.
