TMG is looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic team players interested in a career rather than just a job. Responsibilities:
Load, unload and drive company van to/from buildings/docks within the assigned area. Drive company van to and from Site and Post Office; drop off and pick up mail/tubs Handle all materials received in the Mail Area [receive, review, receipt, document, process, prepare, identify, separate, deliver, transport, etc.]. Distribute mail and Courier packages to internal Lines of Business/Bank Associates Make timely collection of outgoing mail (letters, parcels, U.S. Postal, interdepartmental), using company van. Pickup outbound boxes and packages from internal customer locations. Ability to sort items into categories according to established methods. Enter activity data in computer, logs, maintain records. Other Duties as assigned by Manager or Lead.
Qualifications:
Must Have a Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Must be able to drive, load and unload van. High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1-2 years Mail Services related experience with knowledge of commonly used Office Services procedures. Knowledge of using UPS, FedEx and DHL shipping methods. Excellent customer service skills both verbal and written. Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment. Competency in performing multiple functional tasks. Attention to detail. Ability to handle mail or handcart, as well as flatbed. Assertive and resourceful; self -motivated; willing to ask questions and take initiative. Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
