Overview RTW Management is seeking a Lead Driver to support fixed‑route and paratransit operations Tuesday through Saturday. This role provides frontline leadership, anchors Saturday service, covers sick calls and vacations, assists with vehicle readiness, and ensures smooth daily operations. The Lead Driver also provides lunch and break coverage to maintain uninterrupted service. Duties Operate assigned routes safely and professionally Lead Saturday operations and support weekday service Provide sick‑call and vacation coverage as needed Cover lunches and breaks to maintain service continuity Assist maintenance with basic vehicle cleaning and fleet readiness Complete thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections Mentor new operators and reinforce SOPs Communicate service issues and customer concerns to dispatch and management

Qualifications Required:

CDL‑B with Passenger endorsement No air brake restriction Strong reliability, communication, and flexibility

Preferred:

Degrees or certifications in management, leadership, transportation, or related fields Equivalent experience accepted in place of formal education Supervisory or lead operator experience Schedule Tuesday-Saturday 40-45 hours per week Additional hours as needed Sundays and Mondays off RTW Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer . Pay:

$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
