Description Responsibilities The driver is responsible for promptly distributing goods from one Maine facility to another. The driver keeps the vehicle prepared at all times and possesses great management skills. This role is essential in distributing goods and services to internal customers in a timely manner. Job Duties Delivering goods in a timely manner Maintaining vehicle neatness and cleanliness Follow traffic laws Carefully distributing products without causing any damage Ensure appropriate transfer documentation accompanies product Respond in a timely manner to all pick up requests Provide exceptional customer service at all locations Conduct vehicle safety checklists and report defects to local management Other duties as assignedRequirements:
Requirements- Valid state driver's license
- Minimum of 5 years of driving experience
- Abide by state regulations related to this position
- Ability to operate vehicle for extended periods of time
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Understand and follow driving routes appropriately
- Must be able to receive DOT certification
- Must be able to qualify for and retain powered industrial truck certification
