Job Description

Basic Function and Overview:
Our shuttle drivers are required to safely transport Saddleback staff from off site employee housing to the resort and back home each day. They are required to greet customers and adhere punctually to the bus schedule. Weekends and holidays are Saddleback's busiest periods. The ideal candidate will be available during these times.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
Duties include, but are not limited to: Provide day and night operations of shuttle service. Greet guests and employees and maintain a friendly, professional attitude. Obtain and keep an up-to-date Class B Driver's License with passenger and air brake endorsements. Adhere to safety rules to ensure safety of guests, employees, and equipment. Track and report any problems immediately to property maintenance supervisor and vehicle mechanics. Fill out daily paperwork accurately and in a timely fashion. These reports include vehicle inspections, daily driver's log, guest count, and fueling. Report any personal driving infractions from regular vehicle or commercial motor vehicle to Supervisor as soon as possible.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Must be able to drive in adverse conditions.
Required Education and Experience:
Must have a clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years of age. CDL preferred but not required.
Physical Demands:
Sit for long periods of time. Walk up and down stairs repeatedly. Spend prolonged periods of time outside in cold weather.
