Temporary (6 Weeks)Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Box Truck Driver to support a busy event production company in the Portland, Maine area. This is a temporary 6-week assignment with an immediate start. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering event supplies, equipment, and materials to various event locations while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional appearance.

Responsibilities Safely operate a box truck to transport event supplies and equipment Load and unload materials at warehouse and event locations Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently Inspect vehicle before and after each shift Ensure all deliveries are accurate and complete Assist with basic setup and breakdown activities when needed Maintain compliance with all traffic laws and company safety policies Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff, and event personnel Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous box truck or delivery driving experience preferred Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with the Portland, ME area is a plus Schedule Temporary assignment lasting approximately 6 weeks Full-time hours available Some early mornings, evenings, or weekends may be required based on event schedules
