Job Description

Looking for a summer weekend side gig? Maine Street Property Management is seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to help maintain our luxury vacation rentals throughout Southern Maine. This position primarily involves driving our small dump truck to collect trash and recycling from our vacation rental properties between guest stays. You'll work independently, follow an established route, and help ensure our homes are clean, safe, and guest-ready each weekend. Our office is based in Wells, and most of our properties are located in Wells, Kennebunk, Ogunquit, and York.
Schedule Saturdays:
Approximately 10:00 AM - 4:00
PM Sundays:
A shorter shift than Saturday within the 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM timeframe, depending on workload Optional Friday pickups are available for those interested but are not required . Pay $25/hour Responsibilities Drive our small dump truck between vacation rental properties (no CDL required) Collect and dispose of trash and recycling Wash and sanitize trash barrels as needed Empty outdoor fire pits Clean outdoor grills and replace propane tanks when necessary Rebag trash when needed and keep collection areas clean Report maintenance concerns or property issues observed while on site Perform light property maintenance, if capable (a plus, but not required) Requirements Must be at least 25 years old Clean driving record Comfortable driving a small dump truck (no CDL required) Confident operating a larger vehicle in traffic, narrow roads, tight driveways, and parking areas Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Able to throw trash bags over the high sides of the dump truck Able to climb into the bed of the dump truck when necessary to safely arrange or secure loads Comfortable handling household trash, including rebagging items when necessary Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Available to work Saturdays and Sundays during the hours listed above This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent weekend side job with plenty of independence.
