Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and reliable Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting freight across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations. Duties Operate a stake truck, van or car. Use GPS navigation systems to plan and follow optimal routes for timely deliveries Load and unload cargo safely, following proper manual handling procedures. Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure truck safety and readiness Safely load, secure, and unload freight. Skills Proven experience in commercial truck driving, including delivery driving and route driving Knowledge of truck loading and unloading procedures, including freight handling standards Ability to navigate using GPS or map apps. Excellent manual handling skills for safe load & unload operations Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the type of vehicle operated
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
