•Some overnight travel is required during weekdays.

Duties/Responsibilities/Physical Requirements:

Operation of manual transmission dump and flatbed trailers on and off public highways Experience in scrap yards and landfills Ability to complete equipment inspections and electronic log books per DOT regulations Knowledge of federal and state cargo securement laws Ability to read and write description of mechanical problems and repairs Experience with understanding/reading haul permits Perform safety sensitive tasks Perform all work in accordance with Bierlein's environmental and safety policies Education /

Experience:

Candidates must have a HS Diploma or equivalent; Valid Class 'A' CDL, 1-2 years of tractor-trailer experience, Ability to meet all DOT Requirements, Meet Bierlein MVR requirements Competitive wages are offered based on experience and full benefits package.
