Driver

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of commercial vehicles, Class B with Ha mat and will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle loading and unloading tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

Operate propane bobtail deliver trucks, in a safe and efficient manner. Transport goods to designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring proper handling of materials. Perform routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition before each trip. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during deliveries. Assist with yard jockey duties as needed, moving trailers within the yard to facilitate loading and unloading processes.

Requirements:

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Class B with Hazmat endorsement. Ability to perform heavy haul operations safely. Familiarity with loading and unloading procedures for propane. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
