This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting directly to the Driver Manager.

Qualifications:

CDL B License Hazmat Endorsement Tanker Endorsement Meets Company MVR Standards Current DOT physical Must be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen Hauling experience Experience in backing trailers Responsibilities Safely and efficiently transport Diesel & Gasoline products from pickup to delivery points, following local, state, and federal guidelines Complete pre-trip and post-trip requirements as required by the FMCSA Verify that the truck is loaded with the correct fuels for each drop location, ensuring accuracy and adherence to delivery instructions Maintain vehicle service, and repair status Collaborate with dispatch to plan optimal delivery routes Verify truck loads and product quantities for each delivery Communicate effectively about customer concerns, incidents, or improvement opportunities Maintain truck cleanliness and orderliness Physically capable of pushing/pulling up to 150 pounds, lifting up to 50 pounds, and climbing ladders Operate dispatch software via hand held cellular device Complete all written documentation, including Bill of Lading and inventory records Adapt to various environmental and driving condition Perform responsibilities under high-stress situations Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues Adhere to company quality, safety, and environmental guidelines Fulfill additional duties as assigned
