We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role focused on building upkeep. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently.

RANGE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

¨ Office Responsibilities (Main and supporting area offices): Ÿ Empty all trash cans. Ÿ Vacuum entire office area. Ÿ Sweep and Mop tiled entry ways. Ÿ Clean restrooms. Ÿ Clean desk and computer surfaces. Ÿ Dust walls, window sills, blinds, etc.. Ÿ Clean windows. ¨

Restroom and Locker Room Responsibilities:

Ÿ Clean and restock lavatories daily. ¨

Lunchroom Responsibilities:

Ÿ Sweep and mop lunchroom. Ÿ Wipe down tables. Ÿ Clean sink area. Ÿ Empty Refrigerator as needed. ¨

Shop Floor and Warehouse Responsibilities:

Ÿ Empty all garbage containers and Scrap bins. Ÿ Sweep and mop walkways and stairs. Ÿ Clean floors. Ÿ Clean machinery. ¨ Make pickups using company vehicle as assigned. ¨ Perform custodial duties for Manufacturing Center when required

QUALIFICATIONS

¨ Must have a valid State of Michigan Drivers License. ¨ Must be able to lift 50 pounds minimum on a regular basis. ¨ Must be able to operate a
