Job Description
Tow Truck Driver Safely recover and transport vehicles, do minor mechanical work when needed, and help drivers on the roadside. Fast-paced outdoor work. Safety comes first. We are looking for motivated self-starters who take ownership of the job, stay productive between calls, and don't wait to be told what to do. This is not a sit-around role. Must have Valid driver's license (commercial/heavy-duty experience preferred) Ability to pass federal drug and alcohol testing, including THC/marijuana and other controlled substances, even if legal under state law Valid DOT medical examiner's certificate (DOT physical), or able to get one within 45 days of hire Willingness to sign a non-compete and NDA as a condition of employment What you'll do Operate tow trucks (flatbed and other equipment) to recover and haul vehicles Use proper recovery and cargo securement methods Load/unload vehicles, including manuals when needed Do basic troubleshooting and minor repairs Talk customers through the process and stay professional on scene What we're looking for Self-motivated, reliable, and ready to work without constant supervision Vehicle recovery/towing experience (flatbed, wheel-lift, or similar) Basic automotive mechanical skills Knowledge of cargo securement and safe loading Manual transmission experience Calm customer service and conflict handling Apply if you can meet the testing, DOT physical, and agreement requirements above.
