Holt, MI ?? $18.25/hour + Weekly Pay ?? Monday-Friday | 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Hi-Lo Driver to support production and material handling operations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Safely operate a Hi-Lo (forklift) in accordance with company safety policies and procedures. Transport raw materials, finished goods, and packaging throughout the facility. Supply production lines with materials to support continuous operations. Load and unload trucks and verify shipments for accuracy. Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues. Utilize RF scanners and inventory systems to track material movement. Maintain inventory accuracy and proper material storage locations. Follow all quality, safety, and housekeeping standards. Assist with general warehouse and material handling duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recent Hi-Lo/Forklift experience required. Previous automotive manufacturing or supplier experience preferred. Ability to safely operate material handling equipment in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Basic computer and RF scanner experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures. Ability to safely operate a forklift for extended periods throughout the shift. #hc255908
