Job Description

Job Summary Todd's Welding Service is seeking a CDL A driver and winter snow plow professional to join our team! The ideal candidate will posses experience driving gravel trains (CDL A w/doubles), along with winter snowplowing experience. This paid position offers a flexible winter schedule, consistent work, and the ability to be part of an awesome team! Responsibilities Safely operate CDL A trucks, including gravel trains and other heavy equipment Perform commercial and/or residential winter snow-plowing operations Safely operate snow plows, loaders, and other winter maintenance equipment Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain required documentation Transport materials and equipment as needed Perform basic daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors and team members Respond to changing weather conditions and winter storm schedules Follow all DOT regulations, company safety procedures, and customer requirements Assist with other shop, welding, trucking, or outdoor work when needed Qualifications Valid CDL Class A license required Doubles endorsement required Experience with 13-speed Eaton preferred Previous gravel train experience strongly preferred Previous commercial snow-plowing experience preferred Clean driving record Strong commitment to safety and responsible equipment operation Dependable and willing to work flexible hours during winter weather events Able to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary Ability to work outdoors in cold and changing weather conditions Good communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to perform basic equipment inspections and identify potential mechanical issues Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to be part of a team
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
