The Snowplow Driver's are responsible for clearing snow from driveways and parking lots of our residential and commercial clients. Employment starts once the snow season begins.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate snowplow trucks and related equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and other designated areas. Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, or team members regarding conditions, progress, and completed routes. Flexible work schedule as business demands. Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies while operating equipment. Maintain awareness of surroundings to avoid damage to property, vehicles, or landscaping. Use proper signage, lights, and communication methods during operations. Reports to work on time each shift. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any mechanical issues. Conduct basic maintenance such as fueling, cleaning, and minor adjustments Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Reliable transportation. Valid Driver's License with a clean record or chauffeur license is preferred.
