Job description We're hiring a Rideshare Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services, connecting passengers to their destinations within a dynamic and on-demand network. This role creates impact by enabling community mobility and offering flexible earning potential, operating as an onsite position in various US locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport passengers using your personal vehicle, adhering to traffic laws and Uber's community guidelines to ensure a positive experience and high safety rating.
- Manage and optimize your driving schedule through the Uber app, responding to ride requests efficiently to maximize earnings and maintain service availability for customers.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, performing regular checks and addressing any issues to provide a comfortable environment for riders and uphold service quality standards. Job benefits
- Earn a guaranteed minimum of $1780 for completing 145 trips within your initial 30 days, providing a clear financial incentive for new drivers.

- Possess a minimum of 1 year of driving experience in the U.S. (3 years if under 23) to ensure familiarity with road conditions and traffic regulations.
