Transport Driver Schedule:

• Help residents stay connected and independent by coordinating reliable transportation for medical appointments, errands, community outings, and other essential destinations.
• Provide peace of mind by ensuring transportation requests are scheduled efficiently and that drivers and companions are matched to residents' needs.
• Support exceptional resident care by partnering closely with Health Services and the Resident Services/Wellness Coordinator to ensure seamless communication and timely transportation.
• Make a meaningful impact every day by responding to urgent transportation and delivery needs, including medical supplies, laboratory materials, and other time-sensitive requests.
• Lead by example by driving community vehicles when needed and helping create a safe, dependable, and welcoming transportation experience for every resident. Minimum Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a current State of Michigan Driver License as well as a Chauffeur License.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum one year of experience safely transporting passengers, preferably in a senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or similar customer-focused environment. Rewards That Support You
