When customers are counting on a pickup or delivery, they know they can trust you to get the job done safely and professionally. You enjoy the freedom of being on the road, but you also understand that you're representing your company with every customer interaction. As a Class A Truck Driver at Beacon Recycling, you'll serve as one of the primary points of contact between our company and our customers throughout West Michigan. You'll safely haul open top gondola trailers to transport scrap metal between customer locations and Beacon facilities while providing exceptional service along the way. Your day will include managing routes, performing vehicle inspections, securing loads, communicating with customers, and ensuring material is transported safely and efficiently. Every stop is an opportunity to strengthen customer relationships and represent Beacon's commitment to professionalism and reliability. At Beacon Recycling, we believe our drivers are much more than transportation professionals. They are ambassadors for our company and a critical part of the customer experience. Across our operations in Muskegon, Traverse City, and Grand Rapids, we rely on drivers who embody our values of hard work, communication, honesty, reliability, and teamwork. We maintain a supportive, family-oriented culture where employees are trusted to do their jobs, encouraged to communicate openly, and recognized for the important role they play in our success. If you're looking for a position where you'll have independence, responsibility, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with customers while being home daily, we'd like to hear from you.
