Job Description
About us Founded in 1941, Guindon Moving and Storage began as a small, honest, and quality-focused company. Acquired in 1981 by Roger and Mary Jane Jensen, the company has since expanded, adding a location in Marquette/Negaunee and a substantial fleet of trucks. Under the ownership of the Jensen family, Guindon was an interstate agent for Steven's Van Lines for over a decade. Wheaton World Wide bought Steven's World Wide Van Lines in 2019. A few years later in 2022, Wheaton ultimately decided to collapse the Steven's brand, causing a switch in van lines. Guindon is a now proud interstate agent of Wheaton World Wide Van Lines, working with over 300 agents nationwide to make all long-distance moves seamless. Today, the business thrives as the largest moving company in the U.P. under Vice President and owner Scott Jensen, alongside his sister Kelly Jensen Bjork. Our team, some with over 20 years of service, takes pride in delivering excellent service across various moving scenarios. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of service, with strict drug testing and background checks for all drivers.
