Day Transport Driver Home Daily | Local Routes We're looking for professional, safety-minded CDL drivers to join our transportation team in Bear Lake, Michigan. This is a Michigan-based position with locally dispatched routes that allow our drivers to be home every night. You'll safely transport fuel products while representing our company with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to safety. If you're a dependable driver who takes pride in operating safely, following procedures, and getting the job done right, we'd like to talk with you. What You'll Do
  • Safely transport and deliver fuel products to company and customer locations.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Follow all DOT, FMCSA, company, and customer safety requirements.
  • Maintain accurate delivery, inspection, and compliance records.
  • Operate equipment safely in varying weather and road conditions.
  • Load and unload product according to established procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and customers.
  • Respond professionally to unexpected situations while prioritizing safety.
  • Keep equipment clean and report maintenance concerns promptly.

  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.
  • Never compromise safety for speed or convenience.
  • Perform all required inspections and documentation.
  • Immediately report accidents, incidents, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
  • Exercise caution and sound judgment in all driving conditions. What We're Looking For
  • Valid Class A CDL with required endorsements.
  • Current DOT Medical Card.
  • Safe driving record.
  • Ability to work daytime shifts.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Professional attitude and dependable attendance. Physical Requirements
  • Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and reach as needed.
  • Ability to enter and exit the truck cab multiple times per shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry items as required by the position.
