What You'll Do Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on regional and cross-border routes. Throughout the U.S. and Canada. Pick up and deliver industrial rollers while ensuring proper handling and protection of freight Secure and transport flatbed loads safely and in compliance with DOT regulations Act as a professional, customer-facing representative at delivery and pickup locations Communicate customer feedback and potential opportunities to internal teams Coordinate schedules with dispatch and plant operations Assist with loading and unloading while verifying shipment accuracy Maintain DOT logs, inspections, and compliance requirements Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times What We're Looking For Valid CDL Class A License Ability to travel to and from Canada (valid passport or appropriate documentation required) Clean driving record and active FMCSA Clearinghouse status Previous flatbed experience required 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred Strong navigation and route-planning skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn) Dependable, safety-focused, and professional mindset Ability to meet physical job requirements Pay & Benefits Earn More While Driving for a Company That Values You $0.65 - $0.70 per mile (based on experience) $35 per stop Weekly pay Additional earning opportunities through detention pay and performance incentives Average annual earnings: $80,000 - $90,000+ $4,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid out at 6 months) Benefits Include Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Generous Holiday Schedule Company-Provided Uniforms & PPE Dedicated Equipment, No Slip Seating Modern Peterbilt Trucks with Driver-Focused Comfort Features Stable, Growing Company with Long-Term Career Opportunities Schedule & Travel Regional routes throughout the Midwest and Canada 1-3 overnights per week Home on weekends
