• supportive team culture Responsibilities Safely operate dual-axle automated disposal trucks, side-load, rear-load, or roll-off equipment Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Report route changes, mechanical issues, or concerns to your driver supervisor Use company-provided tablets to log routes and updates Communicate with customer service regarding account issues Maintain safety and compliance standards at all times Requirements Valid CDL license (Class B or higher) 2-4 years of driving experience preferred (will consider less with strong work ethic) Ability to work across multiple truck types (residential, commercial, roll-off) is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Benefits Health Insurance Paid Holidays 401K with Company Matching 9 Days of PTO starting out (with increases over time)
