Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver/Assembly Support professional to join our dynamic team. This role combines the essential duties of safe and efficient delivery with hands-on assembly support, ensuring that products reach our customers promptly and in excellent condition. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for transporting goods, assisting with warehouse tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks, vans, or other company vehicles for delivery routes, adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Load and unload products using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment while practicing safe lifting practices Assist with warehouse operations, including moving materials, organizing inventory, and supporting assembly tasks as needed Deliver goods directly to customers' locations, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs while providing friendly customer service Use mobile devices or GPS systems to navigate routes efficiently and update delivery statuses in real-time Support assembly activities by handling parts, assembling components, or preparing items for shipment or installation Maintain vehicle safety checks, report any mechanical issues promptly, and ensure compliance with all safety protocols during driving and manual handling Qualifications Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred Valid driver's license or experience operating box trucks or vans; experience with personal vehicle delivery is a plus Proven delivery driver experience with a strong understanding of route driving and adherence to traffic laws Ability to perform heavy lifting safely, including manual handling of bulky or heavy items Experience operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or similar devices Knowledge of DOT regulations related to commercial driving and weight handling in the workplace Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with customers Comfortable using mobile devices for route navigation and communication Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay:

Up to $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 50.0 per week
