Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, professional, and safety-focused Driver to transport passengers safely and efficiently to and from scheduled destinations. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, courteous, and committed to providing excellent passenger service. Company Vehicle Provided A company vehicle is provided for passenger transportation duties , so drivers are not required to use their personal vehicle for work. Responsibilities Safely transport passengers to and from designated locations. Follow assigned routes and schedules. Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle when needed. Provide courteous, professional, and respectful customer service. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained company vehicle. Perform basic vehicle safety checks before and after trips. Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and passenger safety procedures. Communicate with passengers and dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or changes. Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, incidents, or safety concerns promptly. Maintain accurate trip, mileage, and passenger records as required. Respect passenger privacy and confidentiality. Required Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Must possess a valid Chauffeur's License. Must have a clean driving record. Must have a clean background check. Previous professional driving or passenger transportation experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, responsible, and safety-conscious. Ability to assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle when necessary. Must comply with all applicable company screening and safety requirements. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and drive for extended periods. Ability to assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle. Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and maintain a clean vehicle. Work Environment This position involves frequent driving and regular interaction with passengers. The driver may work varying schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on transportation needs.
