Job Description

- Posted on July 30, 2026 Published By Jasmine Stalter Trillium Drivers is now seeking CDL Class A Truck Drivers in Westland, MI for a temp-to-hire opportunity! Pay rate is $25 per hour with OT after 40 hours. Schedule is Monday
- Friday, with alternating weekends.
Position Overview:
- Delivering grocery (dry goods) to supermarkets, gas stations, and party stores.
- Un/loading utilizing an electric power jack, hand dolly, and liftgate.
- Establish professional relationships with customers and provide quality customer service.
- Operating the company vehicle safely and responsibly.
- Complete all necessary paperwork.
Miscellaneous:
- Operating an automatic transmission, pulling a side-bay trailer.
- This is a touch freight position. Must be able to push/pull up to 30-50 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Excellent customer service skills are required.
- Proper and thorough Pre and Post trips are crucial.
- Must be self-directed, self-motivated, confident, and decisive.
- Must have knowledge of DOT regulations, Electronic Logging Devices, and Hours of Service rules.
Qualifications:
- Valid CDL Class A License.
- At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class A driving experience.
- Valid DOT Medical Card.
- Clean MVR.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
- No Clearinghouse violations.
