Des Moines, IA & Columbia, SC At TMC, We Offer:

First-year drivers earn up to $100,000 annually Home weekends Paid training - $500 a week from day one through your final week on the road No upfront cost for training $125 holiday pay for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Increased tarp pay: $40 for smoke & steel tarping and $50 for lumber tarping

Continuous Run Program:
