$0.64 per mile to start, Rand McNally miles, about 2,200 per week

about 70% of pay comes from miles and 30% from stops and extras

$190 each, 6 per year after year one Schedule 2 days off in a row every week, your choice (not Saturday and Sunday together) Your start time, kept consistent week to week 1,800 to 2,800 miles per week Freight and Equipment Intermodal containers in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, Iowa and Kentucky About 75% drop and hook, 25% live, 5% reefer Automatic mid roof Freightliners and Internationals, 2.5 years old on average 1 to 2 weeks of training with a hotel stay Benefits PTO from day one, up to 20 days with tenure Medical, dental and vision after 30 days 401(k) with company match Life, disability and mental health coverage Requirements 21+ with a valid Class A CDL 3 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 6 months with one carrier, 6 months in the last 12, or 12 months in the last 5 years Hazmat within 90 days of hire No more than 2 moving violations and no careless or reckless driving in 3 years No DUI/DWI in 5 years and no major preventable accidents in 3 years Must pass hair and urine drug testing, with no failed drug or alcohol test in the last 5 years Every number above is the account's real rate.
